Day 3!! Ice Sculpture World!!

Snow Sculpture On the first day of snow sculpture contest, we have roughly drafted the ratio on the snow cube and began to sculpt out the design. We then went to the Ice and Snow World during the evening. Those ice sculpture are really so delicate. Today we got lots of fun and feel tired. HEU Aerospace Department

After finished the breakfast, we had visited the HEU Aerospace Department. In the museum, the tour guide introduced us the rocket, satellite and missiles of China, such as Shenzhou no.5's orbital module, re-entry module and service module. For many space station, it contains solar panels, which can provide the electric of the module. The tour guide also explained the detail inside structure of the rocket, how the rocket works. This tour has deeper our knowledge of the aerospace technology. In the coming years, China will keep improving the aerospace science and technology.

Lunch

Today we had dumpling meal in the Beidahuang International Hotel(北大荒國際飯店). There are dumpling made of corn, vegetable pork and beef. The soy sauce can be customized by ourself. There are also special frech-fries made of pumpkin which actually taste good.

Songhua river(松花江)

After the lunch, our accompanying teacher gave us a surprise, which is traveling the Songhua river(松花江). On the river, we can play the skiing chair and take some beautiful photo.

Harbin Ice & Snow World

We have visited the Harbin Ice and Snow World. It is wonderful to have lots of characterized ice sculpture, like castles, western building, and Chinese traditional building. What's more! There is a City of Joy which has numerous games to play such as slide, bicycle, etc. We had a fun and enjoyable time there. This is a place which suit for everyone.
